Hey There
My name is Francesca Willett (although most people call me Fran). I’m a freelance designer originally from Brighton, UK, now based in Toronto, Canada.
I specialize in creating style guides, brand assets and pitch materials for kids entertainment brands, helping studios and entertainment companies bring their characters to life through engaging visual design.
Having spent many years working in the brand licensing industry, my background spans both Product Development and Creative Services. This experience has given me a strong understanding of how entertainment brands evolve beyond the screen and into licensing, consumer products, retail and marketing.
Over the years I’ve had the opportunity to work on a number of much loved kids brands including Peppa Pig, PJ Masks and My Little Pony, creating visual assets designed to support brand development, licensing and storytelling.
Today, as a freelance designer, I bring that experience to every project - creating compelling visuals that not only capture the spirit of a brand but also work effectively in the real world.
Based in Toronto but working with clients internationally, I collaborate with teams around the world to help bring new ideas, characters and stories to life.
